Hey guys!! We’re so proud to share our first B0b & Nan-Z original with you!! It’s a faith-based song that’s pretty special to the both of us.

We 110% respect ALL faiths — we know that faith is a very personal topic, and it’s NEVER our intention to push our beliefs on anyone else. That being said, because this song means so much to us, because it was the first original we wrote together, AND because we’re in the spirit of Easter… we decided that now was as good a time as any to release “How Many Times.”

I thought about You, when I was sinking on a boat in the sea
The waves were crashing all around and You came to rescue me
Then I forgot about You, while I was fighting with my family
Careless words not meant to hurt, but they still hurt anyway

It’s so hard not to think about tomorrow, when I’m standing on shifting sand
Trying to find some solid ground when all I need to do is take Your hand

I tried to seek Your face between the lines inside this book
But I couldn’t make sense of it, until I understood
That even in unanswered prayers, Your plans are still good

Trying to save myself when all I need is You to carry me home

Then condescended beyond all measure and gave up Your life for mine

to seek this wandering heart of mine… how many times?

We co-wrote this song just over a year ago, and the lyrics are a personal confession… a prayer… a giving of thanks… and hopefully, an encouragement and source of hope to any of you out there who needs to hear that you are loved beyond comprehension by a God who is so great to have “set the earth in the heavens and hung every star in the sky” — and yet who, paradoxically, is so humble to have “condescended beyond all measure” to give up His life for ours.
